In June of 2008 Seaport Homes entered into a partnership with Hawthorne Partners LLLC , a Real Estate Development and Consulting firm ( hawthornepartners.net )and Huntress Associates ,Inc , Landscape Architects and Land planners (huntressassociates.com ) to form Boxwood Development LLC , also located at 56 Beechwood Drive No. Andover Ma.
Boxwood Development`s , first project is Winterberry Lane in Andover Ma.. The property was purchased , as raw land ,and taken through the Town of Andover permitting process. The Subdivision was approved in October of 2008.
The site consists of four lots that are each a minimum 30,000 square feet and have both Town sewer and water . The road is currently in place , and the lots have been released by the Town, and are ready to build your new home on. There is a covenant for a minimum of a 4,000 square foot house to be built on each lot . Seaport homes will be the builder ,with homes starting at $1,220,000
