Patrick Cone is the Managing General Member and CEO of Seaport Homes. Patrick has been in the home building and land development business since 1967, and has an extensive background in all phases of the home building industry. He was previously engaged in his own building and land development business until 1994 when he was hired by Pulte Homes, the nation's largest builder, as a consultant. The work he did under the Pulte consulting contract led to his being offered a position as V.P. of Construction and Land Development for Pulte New England. Having only worked for himself prior to this time, it was a challenge he could not pass up. Over the next thirteen years while at Pulte, he presided over the building of dozens of large developments, and built over 4,000 single family, townhouse, and multi-family homes in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Connecticut. During those years, Pulte New England's Construction and Land Development departments ranked amongst the highest in the country in product quality, accuracy of budgets and building cycle times.
Leslie Cone is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Marketing. Leslie has an extensive office management and accounting background, including several years in the home building business.
Dana Cone, a licensed Construction Supervisor, joined the company in February 2008 in the role of project manager. Besides his years in the homebuilding business, Dana also has a background in real estate finance.
